Interalpin.The Trade Fair
With a total of 500 exhibiting companies and 18,100 visitors from 64 different countries, Interalpin 2009 broke all previous records. In 2011 there are actually 600 exhibiting companies on 35.000 sqm fairground. Interalpin is the world‘s main specialist trade fair for ropeway technology, snowmaking machinery and winter weather services and also for all other Alpine technical systems and services.
Once the modernisation of the exhibition site is completed, there will be an enormous improvement in the quality of services offered by Innsbruck Exhibition Centre (Messe Innsbruck) and that is in the broader interests of Interalpin. Existing halls are to be renovated, new ones built and all the amenities raised up to the latest standards. And in this respect the emphasis is on user convenience and the demands of both exhibitors and visitors. The exhibition site, already partially completed, will be in operation for the first time for Interalpin 2011.
